VIMA 2010

It was a really wonderful experience being able to host the VIMA 2010, for those who are wondering what VIMA stands for it's Voice Independent Music Awards.

I got to host the  Award Show that celebrates New and Established Artists with C.Loco a good friend of mine and from the Poetic Ammo fame as well as a TV Actress known as Adrea Abdullah.

You could check out  the  Voize webpage for the full story.

And here are some pictures of me hosting the event :D

and here was an article featured in The Sun Newspaper. http://www.sun2surf.com/article.cfm?id=42498

Here is what they had to say about the lovely Emcees that night :D

"As the emcees C Loco, Moenasrul, and Adrea took to the stage, they bantered, joked and joshed with one another, drawing chuckles from the crowd with their easy interaction. This trio proved to be the glue that held the night together, entertaining the crowd through the glitches and never letting up for even a minute."

Sigh...I'm happy when a good job is done. Thank you everyone that made VIMA 2010 a wonderful event!

P.s. Been meaning to get them AJL pictures up but somethings wrong with my card reader... have to buy a new one :(

Celcom @ Sepang Super GT

Last weekend on the 20th and 21st, I was in Celcom Territory! Well basically I was emceeing for their booth they had set up during the Sepang Super GT. I was substituting for my housemate C.loco as he had another event outside of the Klang Valley.

It was an awesome job and even got to see the race!

Only one thing tho,

Hot Super GT girls...good,

Hot Tropical Sun...bad.

Sweet Sweat Launch

I was surfing through the internet and i found this piece of article from Salina and Associates (the PR firm that handled the launch) about Sweet Sweat Product Launch, where i was invited as a local personality for the event. What an honor.

I would usually blogged about the events that i went to, but i did not bring my camera at that time. I actually felt embarrassed that i forgot to blog about the launch. Argh...rookie mistake. But anyways, to avoid plagarising, you guys can read about the event straight from the horse's mouth!

Kordel’s – Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) Charity Walkathon

On 24 of May 2009 (Sunday), the Taman Rekreasi Taman Jaya (Jaya Park ) Petaling Jaya came alive as Kordel’s organized a joint-charity walkathon with the Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM), in conjunction with their charity campaign.

Myself, my manager Aina, Loco, and joined in the fun as a team of four, enjoyed a brisk walk alongside the likes of Datuk Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar, Malaysia’s First Astronaut, Chermaine Poo, Jonathan Putra, hockey brothers Logan and Keevan Raj.

In recognition of the plight of arthritis sufferers, Kordel’s and the Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) have embarked on a campaign starting from the 1st of April 2009 till the 30th of June 2009 in which absolutely anyone and everyone with a heart can lend a helping hand. All you have to do is simply purchase a bottle of any Kordel’s product (available in all leading pharmacies) with an Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) sticker on it and RM1 will automatically be donated back to the AFM.
