On 24 of May 2009 (Sunday), the Taman Rekreasi Taman Jaya (Jaya Park ) Petaling Jaya came alive as Kordel’s organized a joint-charity walkathon with the Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM), in conjunction with their charity campaign.
Myself, my manager Aina, Loco, and joined in the fun as a team of four, enjoyed a brisk walk alongside the likes of Datuk Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar, Malaysia’s First Astronaut, Chermaine Poo, Jonathan Putra, hockey brothers Logan and Keevan Raj.
In recognition of the plight of arthritis sufferers, Kordel’s and the Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) have embarked on a campaign starting from the 1st of April 2009 till the 30th of June 2009 in which absolutely anyone and everyone with a heart can lend a helping hand. All you have to do is simply purchase a bottle of any Kordel’s product (available in all leading pharmacies) with an Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) sticker on it and RM1 will automatically be donated back to the AFM.
