Click on photo to enlargeMy girlfriend Emily told me about how Penang feels like Japan this time of the year. It is not Sakura that is blossoming so abundantly in town. But from afar, the flowers do strike similar resemblance to the famed sakura (cherry blossom).
Like Sakura, these flowers bloom in mid-march. These flower bloom fast and wither just as fast. When it is in full bloom, you can hardly see the leaves. It's so beautiful i can't helped but to stop the car and started cam-whoring away.
